HALL REFURB

Designs have been developed to make better use of our historic Town Hall, opening it up for greater community and business use, securing its long-term future and putting it firmly at the centre of the life of the town.

BREATHING NEW LIFE

As the council has transitioned to more agile ways of working over the last few years, its requirement for office space in the Town Hall has significantly reduced.

In addition to becoming the future home for Watford Museum, the reconfigured Town Hall will have purpose-designed space for residents and customers to interact with the council and have access to local democracy.

FUTURE USE OF TOWN HALL

Also on-site will be a public café, opening out onto the new pretty town square.

 

The revamped Town Hall will also provide carefully crafted and value-for-money spaces for community organisations to use.
