UNLOCKING THE AREA'S POTENTIAL
Much of the Town Hall Quarter area is surface car parking and other areas that could be improved.
This means there is potential to create a new neighbourhood, with new homes, a hotel, a new health facility and public spaces.
This new neighbourhood could be supported by some retail and food places to help make the area more lively and appealing, particularly to new residents, businesses and visitors.
