Through careful design, the new neighbourhood aims to improve the linkage between the quarter and the rest of the town, and improve pedestrian and cycling pathways and networks.

Building homes within the Town Hall Quarter will create a more vibrant centre with more local footfall and doorstep activity.
IMPORTANT SERVICES & FACILITIES
We understand that schools, GPs, transport and affordability all need to be carefully thought about, which is why these will be an essential part of any masterplan.
The good news is that excellent transport links, fantastic schools, health services and a wealth of shops are all walkable from the Town Hall Quarter! There will also be access to the popular Beryl Bikes and car clubs, along with some parking.
